In the first 2 weeks of school, Rimu class learnt how to create and say our mihi in Māori. This is our introduction to our class and community. We Also created a visual mihimihi, Artwork accompany our speeches. Each individual mihi had 3 parts to it.

- Places of significance to you
- Symbols of pictures that represent our culture.
